I Introduction to the 2nd Taebaek City World Go Congress I
The 2nd Korea Baduk Congress will be held in Taebaek, Gangwon Province from January 24 to 28, 2026.
We invite Go enthusiasts from all around the world to Taebaek, a representative winter city of South Korea.

Place Information
Taebaek City, located at an elevation of over 700 meters above sea level in Gangwon Province, is a city famous for its beautiful natural scenery. It is the source of both the Han River and the Nakdong River,
and especially during the winter, it hosts the Taebaeksan Snow Festival. It is a city where you can experience the charm of a representative winter city in South Korea.

World Go Congress is being held. The O2 Resort is beautifully positioned alongside the stunning snowy mountains.
